Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 support for MFA solutions, including RSA, Hypr, Azure Authenticator, and YubiKey, managing authentication incidents and escalations.

• Assist with user onboarding, policy enforcement, and troubleshooting MFA issues across various platforms.

• Monitor MFA solution health, conduct periodic audits, and implement security improvements.

• Participate in deployment of MFA enhancements and stay updated with the latest security protocols.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience supporting MFA solutions (RSA, Hypr, Azure Authenticator, YubiKey).

• Strong troubleshooting skills with experience in configuring MFA settings and supporting multi-factor authentication in diverse environments.
